Values

As a Voluntary and Community Sector specialist ESOL provider, our primary aim is to serve the disadvantaged communities of Black and Minority Ethnic residents, migrant workers, refugees and asylum seekers through the flexible and caring provision of quality Skills for Life ESOL courses, delivered at a time, in a place and in a manner that suits the individual.

Thus, we aim to make a difference by widening participation among these marginalised and hardest-to-reach groups and, thereby, to enable members of these groups, both young people and adults, to reach their full potential in order to play an active role in an integrated local community. Pathways International values and respects representatives of different cultures, welcomes them and celebrates their positive contribution to a diverse, multicultural society.
